Dr. Thaker is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy in New York, and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. His residency training occurred at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York, and he completed his geriatric medicine fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

Dr. Thaker’s practice of medicine includes diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic illnesses in adults, 18 years and older. In addition to his practice in Internal Medicine, he also provides hospice care with Memorial Hermann Hospice.
