Physician Biography
Dr. Gonzalez graduated cum laude from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and received her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, where she graduated at the top of her class. She trained in the U.S. Air Force with a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Gonzalez received the top chief resident in obstetrics award and the U.S. Air Force achievement and meritorious service medal.
After eight years on active duty at the U.S. A.F. military hospital, RAF Lakenhealth, Lakenhealth, United Kingdom, where she was assistant director of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Gonzalez joined the practice of Sherri S. Levin, M.D. and Associates in Houston and is affiliated with Women's Memorial Hermann Hospital at Memorial City Medical Center.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Gonzalez has special interests that include routine and high-risk pregnancies, infertility, preventive medicine and minimally invasive surgery. She enjoys treating women throughout all phases of their lives and likes to form lasting relationships with her patients.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling cooking, skiing and collecting antiques.
