We encourage you, as the patient or potential patient, to carefully evaluate the quality standards now available for review. If, for example, you have congestive heart failure, you will want to know that four hospitals in the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System are one of only 38 hospitals or systems in the country, and the only one in Texas, with significantly better than expected outcomes for this condition. If you have had chest pain or a heart attack, you will want to know that Memorial Hermann hospitals have the fastest times in Houston to move patients from the Emergency Room door to reopening clogged arteries in the cardiac catheterization suite.
