Patient satisfaction is a key component of our quality program. Memorial Hermann uses surveys developed by Press Ganey Associates, a leader in the measurement of healthcare satisfaction, to gather and analyze feedback from our patients and their families.

A very high percentage of our patients rate their experience with us as either good or very good, but our commitment to quality doesn’t stop with the survey results. Instead, we look for ways to improve upon our results to make each patient’s stay even better
