A Growing Commitment to Heart Care

Memorial Hermann’s commitment to quality heart care keeps growing. Patients can now take advantage of expanded services at the award-winning Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute – Memorial City. The 90,000-square-foot Institute is housed on three floors of the hospital’s new east tower. It includes 65 beds, five catheterization labs and expanded imaging and diagnostic capabilities, bringing the best in cardiovascular care to West Houston. The Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute – Southwest is also expanding. In 2006, the Institute will move to Houston’s first freestanding heart hospital, a 200,000-square-foot facility on the grounds of Memorial Hermann Southwest.

Already the third largest provider of cardiovascular care in Houston, the Southwest Hospital location will expand to 45 beds and introduce to Houston advanced cardiac technology.
