Memorial Hermann Occupational Medicine Services provides comprehensive acute injury care for work-related injury treatment for employees 24 hours a day.

Most acute-care hospitals have an occupational medicine representative on site. Company protocols are established with the occupational medicine coordinator to ensure your company's needs are met.

• Fast Track areas
  Most occupational injuries can be treated in our Fast Track areas designed specifically for our occupational medicine clients. Fast Track helps expedite treatment and eliminate longer wait times.
     
• Industrial decontamination
  For employees who may have been exposed to chemical or biological agents, decontamination services are available and in step with your company's needs.
     
• Occupational Medicine representative
  Most of our hospitals have a dedicated Occupational Medicine representative. This person serves as a liaison between the emergency center and the employer. The representative assists the employer is establishing company protocol to be stored in a central database.
     
  When an employee arrives at the emergency room, the representative makes sure company guidelines are followed to ensure that company's needs are met.
     
• Drug and alcohol testing
  Memorial Hermann locations have certified staff trained in collection and testing procedures for drug and alcohol screening. We provide services that meet federal guidelines as required.
