Long-term Nursing

Long-term, skilled nursing care is available at two locations.

• University Place Nursing Center cares for residents who require 24-hour supervision and care temporarily or on a permanent basis. University Place also offers programs for patients recovering from hospitalization or those who need an in-patient therapy program, as well as Medicare-certified skilled nursing, all conveniently located adjacent to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.
