Online Credentialing

Memorial Hermann has created a password protected online system that allows credentialed representatives to manage their account information and to pay their credentialing fees online.  The system also gives non-credentialed representatives the ability to complete an online request to become credentialed.  Please select the appropriate link below:

Reminder All employees or sales representatives that are credentialed with Memorial Hermann must be re-credentialed on an annual basis. If you fail to renew your ability to print a badge will expire.
