The Memorial Hermann Counseling Center was established to address the emotional and mental health needs of children, adolescents and adults in the Greater Houston community. Diabetes Self-Management Program
Taking control of diabetes has many benefits. Each participating Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center offers a unique program for patients diagnosed with Type 1, 2 and gestational diabetes. Programs are approved by the American Diabetes Association and taught by certified diabetes educators.

Digital Mammography
Rather than placing the image on film, digital mammography displays it on a computer screen. The physician can then use state-of-the-art software to enhance, magnify or optimize the images for further evaluation and interpretation.

Disease Management: My Health Advocate
The fundamentals of our programs for diabetes and heart disease are anchored in goal-setting and personal support systems.
