You can choose from spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, and individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
Surrounded by your own furniture and familiar possessions, you’ll feel immediately comfortable and at home in the privacy of your own apartment.
Your friends and family will enjoy being entertained in our beautiful dining room, where the cuisine and décor are comparable to Houston’s finest restaurants. They can also stay overnight in one of our guest apartments.
You’ll enjoy the delicious and nutritious meals served daily in our elegant but casual dining environment. Under the supervision of our own nationally acclaimed chef, our waiters and kitchen staff proved you with courteous,
considerate service.
Your affordable, single, monthly fee at University Place includes many services and amenities, like weekly housekeeping, flat linen service, and 24-hour security. Transportation for scheduled events and special occasions is also provided.
The emphasis at University Place is on you, and making sure you are provided with a caring and supportive nvironment for your own independent living.
You can take advantage of the daily group activities, lanned and supervised by our full-time University Place Life Enrichment Coordinator or you can always feel free to pursue your own interests.
Activities range from exercise programs and water aerobics in our heated pool, to crafts, bridge, shopping, woodworking, and cultural excursions. You can even take courses and enroll in programs at the adjacent campus of Houston Baptist University.
All University Place residents automatically become members of Memorial Hermann's Membership Program, which offers many exciting programs, activities, benefits, and travel opportunities.
