
From the common cold to diabetes to immunizations, you don't have to spend a lot of time or money to take care of your health. The Neighborhood Health Center is an appropriate alternative to emergency center care for non-urgent conditions.
We offer high-quality care from family physicians and family nurse practitioners who are qualified to evaluate, diagnose and prescribe medication for your symptoms. We are open 7 days a week and offer extended weekday hours. Although appointments are preferred, walk-ins are accepted. - Office visits are $48
- We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
- Prescriptions are written with cost in mind, and additional fees for lab tests and injections are incurred only with patient approval.
- We currently do not accept insurance, but will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Preventive care and treatment of chronic and acute problems are available and include:
- Acute illness, including colds, flu, strains and sprains
- Chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes and asthma
- Preventive care, including annual physicals, well-child visits, immunizations
- Minor injuries, except fractures, lacerations and head and eye injuries
