Dr. Patricia Burrows Patricia Burrows, M.D., F.R.C.P.C., is currently president of the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies, she has more than 25 years of experience in the field, teaches internationally and is a professor in the department of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School.
