She earned her postmasters certification in midwifery from Shenandoah University in Shenandoah, Virginia.
Kari decided to become a certified nurse midwife because she enjoys witnessing the process of birth and wanted to build long lasting relationships with her patients.
Kari sees patients for a variety of obstetric and gynecological concerns including reproductive health, prenatal care and menopause. Her clinical interest includes interstitial cystitis education, also known as painful bladder syndrome.
With a welcoming and compassionate demeanor, Kari collaborates with her patients to ensure they are a part of the decision making when it comes to their treatment and they understand their treatment plan
In her spare time, Kari enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, camping, and vacationing on the beach or mountains.
