Advanced practice provider Tynara Sarybashova is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Touro University in Henderson, Nevada, and her Master of Nursing Practice at St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She has been a registered nurse since 2009 and a nurse practitioner since 2015.

Tynara’s primary clinical interests are women’s health and preventative primary care medicine. As a woman and a mother, she empathizes with women’s intricate health needs and her interest in preventative medicine is rooted in her belief that prioritizing preventative medicine can greatly decrease health disparities by preventing health problems before they arise.

Her work experience in various clinical settings includes primary care for patients of all ages, acute and chronic care management, gynecological and obstetrical care and outpatient procedures.

Tynara’s healthcare career has been inspired by two fundamental principles: the importance of showing empathy and compassion toward others and taking care of others to make a positive impact on their well-being. Caring for patients, she believes, is a unique privilege that involves earning the confidence of individuals who entrust medical professionals with their health.

Caring for patients is a unique privilege bestowed upon healthcare providers. It involves earning the confidence of individuals who entrust them with their health and well-being. Her objective is to offer patients her utmost expertise as a guide while empowering them to make their own decisions about their health. She strongly believes that every patient should feel empowered to make their own decisions and be the sole decision-maker.

Outside her practice, Tynara loves designing and crafting women's clothing, designing interiors, playing the piano, singing and painting. Before having two toddlers, she used to engage in those activities frequently. However, her current focus is on ensuring that her children have the best and healthiest childhood possible. She wants to provide them with a solid foundation, equipping them with everything they need to become successful individuals in the future.
