Dr. Leena Chacko, MD

Dr. Leena Chacko earned her medical degree and completed her internship through Mysore Medical College and Research Institute in Karnataka, India.  She completed her residency in family medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by her fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Chacko has practiced medicine since 2007.  She treats adult patients, ages 18 to 100.  Her clinical interests are primary care, geriatric care, preventive care, osteoporosis, hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Chacko speaks Hindi and Malayalam.

Offering comprehensive and compassionate care, Dr. Chacko believes in listening to her patients’ concerns and being available to her patients around the clock.  She helps patients understand their medical issues and involves them in the decision-making process.

Dr. Chacko is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

A resident of The Woodlands, Dr. Chacko enjoys cooking, playing chess and spending time with her family.
