A native Houstonian, Dr. Howard grew up in Jersey Village and has been practicing medicine in northwest Houston since 1994. As a family practitioner, she treats a large variety of medical conditions. She sees patients 5 years and older, and has a special interest in conditions that are specific to adults and the elderly.

Dr. Howard truly enjoys her vocation. She sees herself as a patient advocate and works with patients and their families, as needed, to advance health through individualized treatment plans. She believes that patients play an important role in health care, and encourages each one to actively participate in the attainment of personal goals and the achievement of positive outcomes through self-management.

She recognizes that each patient is different, with unique situations and specific needs, and she strives to provide the best possible care that each patient deserves. She also works alongside a competent and caring staff.

When not immersed in her work attending to patients’ needs, Dr. Howard enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
