She earned her medical degree at Sind Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency in family medicine in the UT Southwestern Medical School Austin Family Medicine Program. Her advanced training includes fellowships at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and the University of Illinois in Chicago.

As a family physician and geriatrician, she treats all ages for a broad range of conditions. Her primary clinical interests in family medicine are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease and diabetes. For her geriatric patients, her focus is on healthy aging and treatment of osteoporosis, urinary incontinence and late-life depression.

Dr. Jabeen, who grew up wanting to be a doctor, takes a holistic approach to medicine. She emphasizes developing meaningful relationships and building trust with her patients so they know they can count on her. While she enjoys teaching her patients about their conditions, she prefers to talk more about their daily lives and less about disease.
