Dr. Tran received her Pharm.D. degree from University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed a Pharmacy Practice PGY-1 at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Memorial City Medical Center in 2013 and serves as the clinical pharmacy specialist in internal medicine and surgery.


Rodney Cox R.Ph., MS

Mr. Cox joined Memorial Hermann in 2009 as the first Health System Administration Resident in the newly formed collaboration with the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy, affectionately known now as “the Houston Program”. He has remained with the health system serving as Operations Manager, Director of Pharmacy for both the Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial City Medical Center campus. He is a graduate of Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and received his Masters of Pharmacy Administration at the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy where he continues to serve as Adjunct Faculty for both universities.


Thomas Roduta, PharmD, MS, BCPS

Thomas Roduta received his Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University. He completed a combined PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at Memorial Hermann and a Master of Science in Pharmacy Leadership and Administration at the University of Houston. He joined the Memorial Hermann Memorial City pharmacy operations team in 2018.


Chi Pham-PeytonChi Peyton, Pharm.D.

Dr. Peyton received her B.S. and Pharm.D. degrees from The University of South Carolina. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at West Virginia University Hospital and a Pediatrics specialty residency at Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Peyton joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2000.


Stephanie StramelDr. Stefanie Stramel, BCPS, BCIDP

Dr. Stramel received her B.S. from the University of Nevada Reno, M.S. in Medical Sciences from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center, and Pharm.D. degree from California Northstate University. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and PGY2 in Infectious Diseases at Renown Regional Health. She is an active committee member for the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists and American College of Clinical Pharmacy - ID PRN. Dr. Stramel joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City in 2020.


Mohamed HersiDr. Mohamed Hersi

Dr. Hersi received his Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center- Houston, Texas.

 

 


Michael ShihMichael Shih, Pharm.D., BCCCP

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Shih received his Pharm.D. degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1 residency at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center. Thereafter, Dr. Shih practiced as a critical care integrated clinical pharmacist and currently works as an emergency medicine clinical specialist.


Andrea Fetea, Pharm.D., BCPS

Dr. Fetea received her Pharm.D. degree from The University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2016. She then completed her PGY1 residency at Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center. Dr. Fetea joined the pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2018.


Meredith QuallsMeredith Qualls, Pharm.D., BCPS

Dr. Qualls received her B.S. at Texas A&M University and her Pharm.D. at the University of Houston. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann in 2014, she spent 3 years working in home infusion, specializing in Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy and Infectious Disease. She obtained her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2015.


Jahnavi MadhavaramDr. Jahnavi Madhavaram

Dr. Madhavaram received her PharmD from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and completed a PGY-1 residency at Memorial Hermann-Southwest. She is currently the critical care specialist at Memorial Hermann-Memorial City Hospital.
