Residency Application and Selection Process

Applications are accepted on an annual basis from October 2nd through December 1st.

Please apply through the Residency and Fellowship Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (RF-PTCAS). For more information on the application process and supplemental fees, click here.

Top candidates will be invited for an interview at Memorial Hermann between January and February.

A non-refundable $25 application fee must be mailed to the address below. Payment should be made via checks or money order made payable to Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation:
