From routine cancer screenings to complex treatment, the Cancer Center at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center brings together skill, leading-edge technology and the most modern care available. We offer a continuum of diagnostic, treatment and support services designed with the needs of cancer patients in mind.

The doctors at the Cancer Center-The Woodlands have been trained at highly regarded institutions. Many of our oncology nurses have completed national certification in oncology nursing and earned the credential OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse), the gold standard for oncology nurses. In addition to highly personalized physical care, the care team at the Cancer Center also provides emotional support and support services during the entire course of each patient’s treatment. Nutritionists and social workers support the physicians and nurses, assisting patients through recovery and healing.

Patient Resources

Canopy, a place for cancer survivors (and caregivers) of all kinds to find resources and connect with others. Canopy is Montgomery County’s first cancer survivorship center and is located in Medical Plaza 1 at 1120 Medical Plaza Drive, Suite 250.

Parking Information

Free, surface parking spaces are located on the north side of Medical Plaza 2 (MP2) at 920 Medical Plaza Drive - these are designated for Cancer Center patients. Free parking is also located in Garage 2 in front of MP2. Garage 2 is located at the corner of Medical Plaza Drive and the I45 southbound feeder road.

From the designated surface spots on the northside of MP2: Walk directly into the covered entrance into MP2. Once inside the glass doors, take an immediate left into the Cancer Center (Suite 100).

From the Parking Garage 2 (on the southside of MP2), enter MP2's covered entrance and proceed through the lobby, past the elevator bays, and take the hallway on the left. This hall continues to the small lobby on the northside of MP2, and the Cancer Center entrance is on the right (Suite 100).

Cancer Journal

The Memorial Hermann Cancer Journal focuses on the Memorial Hermann cancer system and its affiliated cancer experts; prevention, treatment and research initiatives; patient outcomes; and survivorship programs.

Cancer Rehabilitation

TIRR Memorial Hermann and the Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Network offer comprehensive rehabilitation for those affected by cancer in the inpatient, outpatient rehabilitation and outpatient medical clinic settings.

Support Groups

Memorial Hermann Cancer Centers offer a variety of classes, events and support groups to care for the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs that patients, survivors and caregivers have along the cancer journey.
