Everyone can experience problems with sleep from time to time, but when your sleep issues are consistent and impact your daily life, you could be suffering from a sleep disorder.

Our sleep assessment can help you identify potential sleep problems. Based on your answers to the questions below, you may be contacted by a member of our Sleep team to help guide you on available resources and next steps.

You may benefit from improving sleep hygiene

Based on your answers, you may consider improving your sleep hygiene for more restful sleep. We encourage you to speak with your health care provider about your symptoms or concerns as they may be able to identify lifestyle choices that act as barriers to good sleep or may diagnose underlying medical conditions that may be to blame for unrestful sleep. You may have sleep problems

Based on your answers, it is possible you could have sleep problems. We encourage you to talk to your health care provider about your concerns which may help correct potential sleep issues.

Your provider may recommend further testing, or if appropriate, a sleep study, which can be conducted at one of our Memorial Hermann Sleep Disorders Centers.
