Technical Requirements
eVisit and eVisit Video are available on EverydayWell.com and the Everyday Well App. For Everyday Well App Android users, you will need to have a few Everyday Well app permissions enabled. Required permissions include camera, microphone and storage. To learn more about Android app permissions, please visit Google Play Help.
eVisit Video requires using the latest version of one of the following internet browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
In some cases, a healthcare provider may not be able to give a diagnosis through eVisit or eVisit Video. In that case, a recommendation for next steps will be sent to you in your Everyday Well account. Memorial Hermann Health Insurance Plan is temporarily waiving the $15 visit fee for employees on the Memorial Hermann employee medical plans. $25 per visit for those on another plan. eVisit and eVisit Video are available 24 hours day, 7 days a week. eVisit and eVisit Video treats patients ages 18-75 years old. For Memorial Hermann Health Plan members, subscribers can complete an eVisit for dependents between the ages 13-17. Primary subscribers can't submit an eVisit for dependents over age 18. Patients must have an Everyday Well account and must be located in Texas when the eVisit or eVisit Video is conducted.
