Sugar Land Safety RecordThe Environmental Services (EVS) team at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital is celebrating more than two years, 775 days to be exact, of ZERO employee injuries. Crothall Healthcare, the group that supports the EVS team at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land and partners with more than 500 hospitals, says the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land EVS team is the leader in employee safety for all their hospitals nationwide.

Not to be outdone, the Food and Nutrition Services team at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land has more than 900 days of ZERO employee injuries. Malisha Patel, Chief Operations Officer for Memorial Hermann Sugar Land says, “Both teams are a role model for all our departments at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land and the Memorial Hermann System.”

Safety is important for the entire Memorial Hermann Health System. Cory Worden is the System Safety Manager for Memorial Hermann Health System, “We’re proud of the recognition our teams in Sugar Land have received. This is a trend we’re seeing at many of our facilities system wide as we continue to strive for the safest environments for our employees and patients.”
