Our urgent care centers provide care for most non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. This includes cough, sore throat, flu, pink eye, UTIs, sprains, fractures, minor cuts, minor burns and more.

During the week, all of our centers are open from 8 AM to 8 PM, with select locations open until midnight. Our centers are open during the weekend but hours vary by location. Select centers are open holidays.

Virtual visits are available seven days a week from 8 AM to midnight.

Yes. We are committed to providing care outside of standard business hours. Our centers offer convenient evening and weekend hours. For late-night needs, our virtual urgent care visits are available from 8 AM to midnight every day, and select in-person centers are also open until midnight for walk-in visits.

We care for ages 6 months and older at all of our in-person centers. For virtual visits, we see ages 1 year and older.

All our centers welcome walk-ins for in-person visits; however, for your convenience, you may choose to save your spot online ahead of time. Appointments are required for a Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Virtual Urgent Care visit.

Please bring your ID (or other form of identification), insurance card, debit/credit card and medication list (if applicable).

X-ray services are offered at our Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care centers. During your visit, a provider can confirm if this is necessary. Call the center directly in advance of your visit if you would like to confirm X-ray availability.

The patient portal is your one-stop shop to find after-visit care information. You can access a link provided via email within 48 hours of your visit. With our shared electronic medical records (EMR), your Memorial Hermann providers, or any physician you indicate, will have direct access to the care you received at our centers.

Through Memorial Hermann and GoHealth’s integrated partnership, we can give you priority referrals to specialists within the Memorial Hermann network.

Conditions that providers can evaluate during a Virtual Urgent Care visit include the following: allergies, asthma/wheezing, animal and insect bites (minor), bronchitis/respiratory infections, colds, cough, flu, headaches, laryngitis, nausea, pink eye, poison ivy, poison oak, rashes, skin infections, sinus infections, sore throat, sprains and strains, STDs and urinary tract infections (UTIs).
