Get a face-to-face video visit with a trusted Memorial Hermann provider from the comfort of your own space, on your schedule via your smartphone, tablet or computer. Whether it's a late-night fever or an early-morning cough, quality care is just a click away for patients ages 1 year and older.

When to Choose Virtual Urgent Care

Our providers can diagnose and treat a wide range of common, non-life-threatening conditions online, including:

  • Common Illnesses: Colds, coughs, flu, fever, sore throat and sinus infections
  • Skin Conditions: Rashes, insect bites and minor burns
  • Infections: Pink eye, urinary tract infections (UTIs) and skin infections
  • General Health: Allergies, headaches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

How a Virtual Visit Works

  1. Schedule Your Visit - Choose a time that works for you and provide some basic information.
  2. See a Provider - You will receive a text or email about 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Using the link provided, connect face-to-face with a Memorial Hermann provider through a secure video call on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
  3. Get Your Treatment Plan - Your provider will discuss your diagnosis and treatment plan. If a prescription is needed, we’ll send it to your preferred pharmacy. If your provider feels you need to come into a nearby center for further examination, the co-pay for your virtual urgent care visit will be deducted from your in-person consultation.
