Thomas Garrett, PT, DPT

Wade received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Wade’s areas of interest and specialization include sports injuries of the knee, shoulder and foot/ankle.

He has advanced certification/training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and in Kinesiotaping. Wade’s Memorial Hermann collaborations includes Sam Houston State University Sports Medicine. Wade is a member of the Sports Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as active member of the Lone Star Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Advisory Committee. Wade enjoys spending time with his two sons and coaching their baseball team. He also enjoys being outdoors, playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
