Dr. Jessica Glick is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who was born and raised in Plano, TX. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and Environmental Studies at Brandeis University (Waltham, MA) and returned home to complete her medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (Fort Worth, TX). She was thrilled to match at Conroe Family Medicine Residency’s program because it provided broad spectrum medical education. Dr. Glick also is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and is passionate about treating patients with the diagnosis of obesity. As a result of falling in love with this area of Houston during residency, she has established a home in The Woodlands with her husband, daughter, and son.
Dr. Glick is passionate about practicing disease prevention by forming meaningful partnerships with patients to provide comprehensive health care. Describing herself as a prevention specialist and health coach, she collaborates with patients on lifestyle modifications and setting attainable goals to optimize their overall health and wellbeing. The foundation of her medical training in osteopathic medicine leads her to treat the whole patient–body, mind, and spirit. She enjoys working with all age groups and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Her areas of interest include obesity medicine, women’s health, preventive medicine, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Glick enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, camping, kayaking, hiking, and photography.
