Dr. Angel Cho, MD

Dr. Angel Cho earned her undergraduate degree in biology from New York University in New York City and her medical degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn. During her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens she served as chief resident.

Dr. Cho, who is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), has practiced since 1998. She treats patients of all ages and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.

She sees patients for contraception, menstrual issues, fertility, pregnancies and menopause.

Her primary clinical interests are pelvic pain, fibroid uterus, menstrual irregularity and menopause. When surgical interventions are needed, she performs minimally invasive and robotic procedures.

Dr. Cho’s patients find her approachable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and collaborative. Having practiced in various parts of the country, she understands geographic differences in treatment and respects patients’ preferences.
