Dr. Thomas L. Jones II earned his undergraduate degree at Morehouse College in Atlanta and his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) and a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Texas Back Institute in Dallas.

Dr. Jones, who is board certified in orthopedic surgery, has been in practice since 2004. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery with clinical interests in spinal arthritis, cervical stenosis, cervical spondylosis, cervical radiculopathy (tingling in the arms), degenerative disc disease, herniated disc, kyphosis, spinal stenosis, lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica), lumbar spondylosis and sacroiliac joint pain.

With his innovative, patient-centered approach to care, Dr. Jones is dedicated to finding solutions that help each patient restore full function and return to a normal, pain-free life.
