General Information
Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital is a Level IV trauma center and stands ready to meet the needs of critically ill or injured patients throughout the southwest area. Our Emergency Center is staffed by affiliated board-certified emergency medicine physicians, advanced practice providers and nurses and technicians specially trained in emergency care.
Services include:
- Digital X-ray, computed tomography (CT) and ultrasound
- Diagnostic laboratory
- Patients accepted via walk-in or ambulance
- Most insurances accepted (ER copayment applicable for ER visits)
- Cash and all major credit cards accepted
- Access to higher level of care via ground ambulance or by air via Memorial Hermann Life Flight®
Level IV Trauma Center
Memorial Hermann Southwest is a designated Level IV trauma center with the ability to provide advanced trauma life support, evaluation, stabilization and diagnostic services. If the situation demands, transfer agreements and protocols allow patients to be transferred quickly to a higher level of care within Memorial Hermann’s network of trauma centers.
