General Information
Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation at Convenient Care Center in Katy offers a full spectrum of physical and occupational therapy services for patients recovering from on-the-job, sports-related and other injuries.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
