Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Ryan Collins, PT has a master’s degree in physical therapy and is board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is also Red Cross-certified in emergency response and basic life support and a certified clinical instructor. He specializes in return-to-sport therapy, including ACL rehabilitation and upper and lower extremity sports injuries, for athletes ages 13 and older.
Stephanie Diaz, PT has a master’s in physical therapy and is a board-certified physical therapist and certified ASTYM provider. She has been practicing physical therapy since 1999, and specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation including treatment of the spine, hip and knees, and upper extremities/shoulders. Stephanie sees patients 7 years of age an older for orthopedic injuries.
Ernesto Garcia, PTA received his associate degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant in 1984, and is certified in physical therapy. He provides lower extremity therapy for hip, knee and foot/ankle conditions. In addition to regular clinic hours, Ernesto is available to schedule evening appointments.
Brian Ranney, PT, OCS, CSCS is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. With a master’s degree in physical therapy and in practice since 1999, he specializes in active individuals ages 12 and older treating knee, shoulder, hip and ankle conditions. In addition to regular business hours, Brian is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Colette Read, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. She is knowledgeable in orthopedic and back diagnosis in patients from 10 years of age to geriatric age. In addition to regular clinic hours, Colette is available to schedule early morning appointments.
Kate Reinecke, PT, DPT, OCS has a doctorate in physical therapy, is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, and is certified in dry needling. She has also completed advanced training in differential diagnosis and is a certified clinical instructor. She provides manual therapy, dry needling, Graston Technique/IASTM, and sports-related concussion and vestibular therapy. She specializes in active individuals ages 10 and older with special interests in lower extremity conditions including hip preservation, foot/ankle orthopedic injuries, post-op rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Elaina Roeing PT, DPT, OCS, SCS has her doctorate in physical therapy, completed Memorial Hermann’s orthopedic residency program, and is dual board certified in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. She has also received advanced training in differential diagnosis. She provides dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and advanced manual therapy for the spine, hip, knee, foot/ankle, and shoulder areas for patients ages 12 and older. She has a special interest in treating athletes with ACL, meniscus, or other knee injuries (both non-operative and post-operative), lumbar spine injuries, and shoulder rotator cuff and labrum injuries. In addition to regular business hours, Elaina is available to schedule evening appointments.
Patricia Shafer, PTA has an associate’s degree in science and an associate’s degree in applied science /physical therapy assistant. She is certified in ASTYM, primal reflect release technique (PRRT), CPR, Sole Supports and Rocktape. She provides aquatic therapy, McKenzie Method, ASTYM and PRRT for elbow thoracic/lumbar, knee, neck/shoulder, hand/wrist, hip and foot/ankle conditions. In practice since 2004, she sees patients of all ages. In addition to regular business hours, Patricia is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Timothy Swenson, PTA has a master’s degree in physical therapy and is a board-certified physical therapist assistant. In practice since 2012, he does McKenzie Method and orthopedic therapy in the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas.
