Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Jenny Chavez, DPT has a bachelor’s in Exercise & Sport Science and a doctorate in physical therapy. She has been in practice since 2015. She is also a certified clinical instructor. She specializes in therapy for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), total knee replacements and total hip replacements. She provides neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and orthopedic therapy in the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar, hip, knee and ankles areas for patients 12 and older, but primarily seniors.
Deborah Cole, PT has a Master of Science in physical therapy and has been in practice since 2002. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion therapy and utilizes McKenzie Method for cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas. In addition to neurological rehabilitation, she provides orthopedic therapy for neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar, hip, knee, and ankle areas for patients 10 and older. She is available to schedule regular clinic hours.
Brittany deGravelle, OT, who has been in practice since 2017, has a master’s degree in occupational therapy and is board certified in occupational therapy. She specializes in therapy for neck/shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist conditions. She sees patients at the Southeast and Pearland East locations.
Melanie Meza, MPT has a master’s in physical therapy, an associate’s degree in applied science for physical therapy assistant and a bachelor’s in Kinesiology. She treats orthopedic and neurological patients, offering some McKenzie Method techniques for cervical and lumbar spine. She treats patients ages 10 and older.
April Hilahan, PTA, a board-certified physical therapist assistant, has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. She offers Graston Technique/IASTM to treat conditions affecting the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas. She has practiced since 2000 and sees patients at the Southeast and Pearland locations.
Samara Maxwell, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant. She is a licensed massage therapist and certified clinical instructor with additional certifications in IASTM and kinesiotaping. She specializes in therapy for the hip, knee, foot and ankle areas. Samara, who has been in practice since 1991, is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
