Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Joseph Bukas, DPT, Rehabilitation Director has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. In practice since 2007, he specializes in therapy for patients with neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain. He provides McKenzie Method, spinal manipulations and mobilizations, and manual orthopedic therapy for patients ages 6 and older.
Christopher Chenault, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and advanced training in differential diagnosis. Board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist, he has been in practice since 2008. He does McKenzie Method and specializes in therapy for the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas. Christopher, who sees patients ages 4 and older, is available to schedule evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Maria Fernandez Cuadrado, PT, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is board certified in physical therapy and certified in basic life support. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal therapy as well as therapy for pelvic pain, stress urinary incontinence (SUI), mixed urinary incontinence (MUI), bladder and bowel control, constipation, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Maria sees patients ages 18 and older. She is available for early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular business hours.
Imran Firdausi, OTR/L received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1998 and his Masters of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy in 2010. He is certified in dry needling and specializes in providing therapy for the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, for patients ages 5 and older. Imran sees patients at both the Williams Trace and Southwest locations. Imran is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapist and the Texas Society for Hand Therapy.
Leigh Fox, PT has a master’s degree and is board-certified in physical therapy. In practice since 2006, she provides aquatic therapy and Graston Technique/IASTM for conditions in the thoracic/lumbar, knee, foot and ankle areas. She sees patients at the Williams Trace, Sienna and Sugar Land locations.
Mary Lucario, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant and is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She provides aquatic therapy, specializing in therapy for patients with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, lumbar pain and strokes. She primarily treats (but not limited to) patients ages 40 and older. She has been in practice since 1985 and is available to schedule evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Preena Nair, PT has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. A licensed physical therapist who has been in practice since 2006, she specializes in pelvic floor therapy for patients ages 5 and older. In addition to pelvic floor therapy, she does McKenzie Method as well as prenatal and postpartum therapy.
Steven Removcik, PT, DPT, SCS, who has been in practice since 2015, has a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and is board certified as a sports clinical specialist. He does Graston Technique/IASTM, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation and orthopedic rehabilitation - specializing in therapy for the knee, hip and shoulder areas. He is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Danielle Rodriguez, PT, DPT, OCS holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Danielle has completed advanced training in Orthopedics and is a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Some of the treatment techniques she offers includes dry needling, spinal manipulations, IASTM with various tools for the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and hip areas. She has been in practice since 2010.
Dianne Sepulvado, OTR, CHT, who has a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy, is certified as both an occupational therapist and a hand therapist. In practice since 1986, she provides hand therapy, focusing on the neck/shoulder, elbow and hand/wrist areas. Dianne sees patients at the Williams Trace and Greenway locations.
Nirju Tailor, PTA BS has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science/Physical Therapy Assistant and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology. A Board-Certified Physical Therapist Assistant, Nirju does McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM and Orthopedic Sports Medicine. She sees patients ages 8 and older for all orthopedic-related cases (hip, knee, back, shoulder, neck, foot and ankle) and some neurology-related cases, including high-level functioning stroke patients and COPD patients. Nirju also practices Myofascial Cupping and Kinesiotaping methods to help with pain and muscle tension relief. Nirju sees patients at the Williams Trace location and she is available to schedule in the morning or evening appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
Jenny Varghese, DPT , who has a doctorate in physical therapy, has been in practice since 2007. She is a board certified orthopedic specialist with advanced training in differential diagnosis and specializes in therapy for the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and hip/knee/ankle areas. She provides McKenzie Method, Graston Technique/IASTM, and orthopedic rehabilitation for patients ages 8 and older. Jenny is available to schedule early morning appointments in addition to regular clinic hours.
