The physicians at Children’s Memorial Hermann Pediatrics (CMHP) are committed to partnering with parents to help support children’s health, development and wellbeing. Our pediatric practices provide a wide array of health services which include:
Serving as primary care physicians for children, the pediatricians of CMHP also coordinate their patients’ care with specialists should the need arise. The pediatricians strive to deliver the highest quality of care in order to meet and exceed the expectations of patients and their parents.
In addition to in-person office appointments, Virtual Office Visits are also an option where you can quickly and conveniently connect with your child’s pediatrician via video on your tablet or smartphone.
For pediatric emergency care or subspecialty care, Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center offers a broad range of services for pediatric patients.
All pediatric patients are required to be up-to-date on all immunizations or scheduled to receive recommended immunizations when visiting Children’s Memorial Hermann Pediatrics practice locations unless there is a medical reason that the child cannot be completely vaccinated.
In accordance with the immunization schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CSC), the pediatricians of Children’s Memorial Hermann Pediatrics recommend all children receive vaccinations for the safety and wellbeing of each child and the community.
We believe in practicing evidence based medicine and providing high quality health care for the children in our community. Based on all available literature, evidence, and current studies, we believe it is safe and appropriate to administer the vaccines according to the above schedule.
