Advanced practice provider Faith Leber is a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP-C) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She earned her master’s degree in nursing-family nursing practice from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston).

A registered nurse since 2002 and a family nurse practitioner since 2014, she provides primary care for patients of all ages. She sees patients for a wide range of conditions and particularly enjoys empowering people with diabetes and hypertension through lifestyle changes that improve conditions or reduce medication needs.

Faith chose to become a family nurse practitioner because she finds the field to be the perfect blend of medical care and health-promotion nursing. As a nurse practitioner, she can expand on current knowledge and help a wider base of people with all types of issues.

Describing her approach to care as honest, relatable and human, she wants her patients to know that she genuinely cares for them. Their outcomes, regardless of whether they’re treated in-clinic or referred to a specialist, matter to her. She finds her greatest pleasure in watching people feel better, make strides in their health and flourish—not to mention the satisfaction she gets from sometimes figuring out a good puzzle.

A resident of Spring, Faith likes to travel and spend time with her family, including her two feline fur babies. She also enjoys cooking and dining out.
