Dr. Robert Fayle, MD

Dr. Bob Fayle received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his neurology residency at UT Health Medical School in Houston. Before joining the Houston Neurological Institute, he was recruited by Memorial Medical Center in Livingston, Texas, as medical director of Memorial Multispecialty Associates, director of stroke services and medical director of the Livingston Sleep Disorders Center.

Prior to his position in Livingston, he served for 20 years as director of the Sleep Disorders Center and a general neurologist at the Diagnostic Clinic in Houston, followed by several years of private practice. He also was director of Park Plaza Hospital in Houston for 7 years.

Board certified in adult neurology and sleep medicine, Dr. Fayle has held multiple leadership positions in the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Neurological Society and the Texas Medical Association. His research in the fields of sleep and stroke, including CPAP compliance and adherence, treatment of insomnia and the role of sleep apnea in diabetic patients, has been published widely.

Dr. Fayle provides neurological consultations and follow-up at the Pasadena and Pearland clinics.
