Dr. Gerilynn Vine, MD

Gerilynn “Geri” Vine, MD, received her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). She went on to complete her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Vine comes from a family of three generations of physicians. At an early age, she knew helping people and medicine would be her passion.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Vine cares for women from adolescence and beyond. She treats patients for common gynecological issues such as irregular menstrual cycles, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), vaginitis, and other vaginal or pelvic pain or infections. Additionally, she provides care for all stages of pregnancy, including childbirth and post-partum care. Her clinical interests include menopause, preconception counseling and treating patients for abnormal Pap tests.

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG), Dr. Vine is trained and certified in minimally invasive robotic surgical techniques. Each of Dr. Vine’s patients receives a highly personalized care plan that is easy to understand. Her compassionate and respectful approach to care helps ensure that patients feel informed, at ease and enthusiastic about the care they receive.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling and cooking.
