As part of patient-centered care, therapists perform comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate treatment to individually address your specific goals.
Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time.
Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required.
If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Abigail Arango, DPT has a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and a doctorate in physical therapy. She has also completed advanced training in differential diagnosis, pelvic health, pregnancy and post-partum physical therapy and pediatric physical therapy. In practice since 2017, she performs dry needling, prenatal/postpartum therapy and pelvic floor therapy, specializing in urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. She sees patients 1 year old and older. Beyond regular hours, Abigail is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Maria Fernandez Cuadrado, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and has completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is board certified in physical therapy and certified in basic life support. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal therapy as well as therapy for pelvic pain, stress urinary incontinence (SUI), mixed urinary incontinence (MUI), bladder and bowel control, constipation, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Maria sees patients ages 18 and older. She is available for early morning and evening appointments in addition to regular business hours.
Matthew Hamilton, PT, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and has been in practice since 2018. He specializes in concussion therapy and sports-related conditions of the neck/shoulder, hip and knee. He sees patients of all ages.
Crystal Murray, PT, DPT is board certified and has a doctorate in physical therapy. She provides vestibular rehabilitation, Graston Technique/IASTM and return-to-sport therapy, specializing in the neck/shoulder, thoracic/lumbar and knee areas. In addition to regular clinic hours, Crystal is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Christina Proctor, PT, DPT graduated in 2010 from the University of Central Arkansas with her doctorate of physical therapy. She has been practicing in the orthopedic setting since then. Christina provides therapy for all orthopedic injuries/surgeries and balance rehabilitation. She is also able to perform Graston Technique/IASTM to patients that will benefit from it.
Gail Zitterkopf, PT, DPT, in addition to a bachelor and a doctorate degree in physical therapy, has earned a graduate certificate in disability studies and completed advanced training in differential diagnosis. She is also a certified lymphedema therapist and certified in ASTYM and kinesiotaping. She provides lymphedema management, prenatal/postpartum therapy and pelvic floor therapy. She specializes in athletic pelvic floor, runners with leg, low-back and/or pelvic floor-related issues, cross-fit pelvic floor/pelvic pain, integrative approach to the pelvic floor (utilizing wellness and holistic approaches), pregnancy and post-partum conditions, stress incontinence, urge incontinence, fecal incontinence, mixed incontinence, and chronic pelvic pain. Gail also treats headache, head injury and concussion for patients age 5 and older.
Amber Allen, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science/physical therapy assistant, and is a certified physical therapy assistant. She has practiced since 2006, providing outpatient therapy for neck/shoulder, knee and foot/ankle areas.
