Visiting Hours
We recognize the importance of family involvement and support in a patient’s recovery. Visiting hours are open and based on your individual preferences.
If you prefer to have restrictions placed on visitors, please advise one of your caregivers so that your preferences can be communicated. After 9 p.m. all visitors must enter through the Emergency Center and check in with security.
Security will contact the nursing unit to verify whether the patient is able to see visitors. Once verified, visitors will be escorted up to the floor by security. Please note that our main lobby entrance will close at 9:00 p.m., and all visitors entering from the front lobby and exiting after the front lobby door has been locked will exit through the door adjacent to the main entrance door. Re-entry is not permitted through this door.

Meals
In order to serve our patients better, we have developed an innovative meal preparation and delivery system, which we call, ‘Dining on Demand – Room Service Dining’. This new program gives you greater control over what you eat and when. The basic premise is that you, the patient, can order “What you want (within diet restrictions)… When you want it”
You may order any of your meals at any time between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check the ‘Room Service Menu’ located in your room for specific meal ordering instructions.

Our Grand Parkway Café is located on the first floor. Daily Hours of Operation:
Breakfast - 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch - 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Healing Brew
Starbucks Coffee is located in the East Tower, close to the Café entrance. It is open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 pm.
Chaplaincy Services
An interfaith Chaplain is available at any time of day or night to meet your religious and spiritual needs. To reach the Chaplain, ask your nurse or any caregiver to have him or her paged.
All Faiths Chapel
An all faiths chapel is located directly off of the main lobby. This well-appointed sanctuary looks out over a beautifully landscaped courtyard and water feature. Our bright and airy chapel will provide peace and solace to staff, patients, their families and friends.
