Due to COVID-19 the Memorial Hermann Diabetes Education and Support Programs are offering Diabetes Support Group meetings that will be held online via Zoom.
Despite the recent restrictions due to COVID-19 your Diabetes Care & Education Specialists are here for you and you are not alone. We want you to be able to receive support as we share, discuss and learn about living with diabetes virtually.
In order to attend these live remote meetings you will need to have Wi-Fi access and computer or streaming capability for phone IPAD, computer. Audio of the group is available by phone as well.
