Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is proud to host a support group for new mothers called Moms Supporting Moms. Led by our Women’s Nurse Navigator, these free weekly meetings let moms share with each other about their motherhood journey while learning about vital mom-centric topics each month. Because moms tend to focus exclusively on their new babies, this program is centered around self-care for mom and helping moms through the often overlooked fourth trimester of pregnancy.
If you’re a new mom with a baby less than a year old, you’re invited to join Moms Supporting Moms, as we support each other through the joy and challenges of motherhood.
Your newborns (0-12 months) are welcome, but we ask that you make childcare arrangements for your older children.
