This live remote course is couple-focused in preparation for giving birth. Parents-to-be will learn what to expect during labor, comfort strategies, pain medication options and much more. This class is filled with activities and designed for you and your partner to prepare together for baby! From the comfort of your home, let us build your knowledge, skills and confidence to create the birth experience you desire for you family.
In order to attend these live remote classes you will need to have Wi-Fi access and computer or streaming capability for phone IPAD, computer. Audio of the group is available by phone as well.
