Dr. Binita Patel is currently the Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Memorial Hermann Health System. She is responsible for pharmacy services across the continuum of care which spans 15 acute care hospitals, 9 service lines, home infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and 2 retail pharmacies which equates to over 700 FTE. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann Health System, Binita was a senior director at Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions where she focused on specialty pharmacy and PBM practice. Binita spent 2 years at Lash Group developing patient assistance programs as a senior director of Strategic Account Management and then 8 years in academic medicine serving as the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin where she developed clinical ambulatory practices, including retail/mail pharmacies, specialty pharmacy (URAC), pharmacist managed clinics, prior authorization and patient assistance programs, developed a community resident program, and responsible for strategic growth for ambulatory services across the health-system. Previously, Binita was the chair of the Vizient Ambulatory Committee and chair of ASHP Compensation and Sustainably. Binita currently sits on the Education Steering Committee for Ambulatory Care Section at ASHP.
Binita received her BS in Microbiology at the University of Georgia, PharmD at the University of North Carolina and Post-graduate Year 1&2 with a MS in Pharmacy Administration at The Ohio State University.

Mr. Cox joined Memorial Hermann in 2009 as the first Health System Administration Resident in the newly formed collaboration with the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy, affectionately known now as “the Houston Program”. He has remained with the health system serving as Operations Manager, Director of Pharmacy for both the Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial City Medical Center campus. He is a graduate of Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and received his Masters of Pharmacy Administration at the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy where he continues to serve as Adjunct Faculty for both universities.
Mr. Cox has been an active member of both local and state professional organizations, serving on the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists board for 5 years and former President of the Gulf Coast Society of Health System Pharmacy.
Mr. Cox has a special interest in strategic planning and advocates a systems approach to healthcare management.

Ms. Bickham received her BS in Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana. She is a co-preceptor for the system pharmacy administration residency with focus on system operations, projects and the 340B program. She has management experience in multiple areas of pharmacy practice; hospital, psychiatric care, long term acute care, and retail. She joined Memorial Hermann System Pharmacy in March 2016 as Director of Pearland location until she moved to her current role as System Director of Pharmacy Operations. Her professional interests are in the areas of pharmacy practice management, mentoring pharmacy students and residents, leadership development, quality and safety, and alleviation of health disparities.

Sarah is a graduate of Texas A&M Galveston, earned her PharmD from the University of Houston, and Master of Pharmacy Administration from the University of Florida. Sarah completed a Managed Care Residency with Kelsey-Seybold/University of Houston. She is the 2020-2021 President of the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists (TSHP) and a past president of the TSHP Research and Education Foundation. Her professional interest levels include patient and medication safety, project management, and leadership. Sarah joined Memorial Hermann April 2006.

Dr. Cody Meuth earned both his Doctor of Pharmacy and MS in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Houston. Since joining Memorial Hermann 2008, he has served as Pharmacy Technician, Lead Pharmacist, Operations Manager, and Director of Pharmacy for the Southwest, Greater Heights, and Sugar Land Memorial Hermann hospitals. Cody is currently the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services with direct oversight of the home infusion pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and Cypress and Sugar Land outpatient pharmacies.
