6 ounces fat-free lemon yogurt

3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons lemon zest

3 cups cubed chicken breast

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup celery

1/2 cup red bell pepper


  1. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, lemon zest in mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken breast, blueberries, celery, green onions, and red bell pepper. Gently combine.
  3. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
